Aside from many professional competencies, with over 45 years of leadership experience, and some serious personal health challenges,  I actively engage in a continuous learning process.  I attend and organize seminars, create solutions in volunteer activities, and study current professional developments relating to many different mainstream specializations. As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) which award represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmaster, I now mentor two clubs by experience and positive, fun leadership.
